Kristen Hemmingsen, owner of Sola Wellness & Aesthetics, brings over 30 years of experience in the medical field—first as a Registered Nurse and for the past 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, she observed patients who prioritized caring for themselves—both inside and out—truly felt better and lived healthier, more confident lives. This realization inspired her passion for prevention and wellness, which has naturally evolved into the world of wellness, hormone optimization and aesthetics, where she now helps others feel their absolute best from the inside out.
